Homeowners - Rainy Day Foundation has help thousands of individuals with financial concerns ranging from educational assistance with their personal budget to financial assistance with their mortgage payments. The Foundation paid out approximately 4 million dollars in 2008 to deserving homeowners in need of assistance. As the need for financial assistance to struggling homeowners increases, it is the Foundation’s hope to meet the growing demand through industry partnerships.

Lenders – Due to our economic times, lenders have been hit hard with loan delinquencies and home foreclosures. As a result, many lenders have gone out of business and many more are struggling to survive. Lenders who provide the HELP program to their borrowers have lowered their company’s delinquencies while also increasing production volume.

Builders – Consumer confidence is what motivates a consumer to purchase. Whether it’s a TV, car, or a home, if the consumer does not feel confident about their job or finances, they are not going to buy. Builders throughout the US have joined the Rainy Day Foundation to promote their participation in the HELP program to create confident and responsible homeownership.

Real Estate Professionals – As the residential real estate sales market continues to fight for clients, the HELP program has provided a strong competitive advantage to assist in differentiating company brands and strengthening the value proposition of real estate agents.
